The whistleblowing module is the entry point of a reporting channel designed to meet whistleblower-protection requirements. The reporter accesses the form without authentication, chooses whether to stay anonymous, and describes the situation with the option to attach supporting documents. A unique tracking code then lets them return to check on their case and exchange with the investigation team, without ever revealing their identity if they choose not to. On the administration side, every report lands in a dedicated queue, can be assigned to an investigator or a review committee, qualified, documented and closed — with the entire process logged in the tamper-proof audit trail.
